Mini reveiw!

So I was pretty tired of the old PS/2 Microsoft Ball mouse I was using so I bought this:

"Zelotes 5500 DPI 7 Button USB LED Light Optical Wired Gaming Mouse for Pro Gamer"

I found it on eBay for 7-ish bucks and free shipping and I love it!  It's a huge improvment over that crappy mouse I had before.  The cable is braided and all fancy, it does this color change thingy, it's really comfortable and has 7 clicky buttons!  Want a nice mouse but don't want to fork over 20 bucks for whatever lame Logitec you can find at only seem to find at BestBuy?  Hop on the internet and order this.

The End.

MKIV's GPU Upgrade

I recently scored a ridiculous deal on Ebay and the MKIV gets a video card upgrade for less than half what I was originally expecting it would cost!

Here is what my desktop looked like until recently.  (Upgraded monitor and mouse)
Getting different wall-papers to display on each screen was difficult for 2 reasons: Win7 doesn't allow separate wallpapers normally and the second screen is older and supports a max resolution that is considerably less than that of the first screen.
Here is my old Geforce 9800 GT (left) with an aftermarket cooler next to the new to me Radeon HD 7770 (right) that will be replacing it.

Here is one HD 7770 installed
And it gets a twin!

The second HD 7770 sits very close to the sound card.  But the side panel fan blows directly into that spot so it should be fine.

 Crossfire bridge!
 Duel GPU's
Another shot of everything all wired up.  I then installed the proper drivers from AMD's website and it's good to go!
Here we see the hardware ranking prior to re-running the test.  It recognizes that new hardware has been installed and needs to be updated.

After the re-running the assessment my graphics and gaming graphics go from a 6.9 to a 7.5!

We can see also that my RAM and CPU are still bottle-necking the system.  Just need more and faster RAM and a quad core CPU!
